Savour the Flavours

The Savour the Flavours program is a project of the fairs, exhibitions and festivals of Prince Edward Island and the PEIAE in partnership with the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Fisheries, Aquaculture and Rural Development. Amalgamated Dairies Limited (ADL) is our platinum sponsor of the Savour the Flavours.

The Savour the Flavours Program showcases local products through live food demonstrations hosted by local chefs and entertainers. The Savour the Flavours program allows:

The audience to learn about the importance of buying local and supporting our Island producers and to find out what is available locally
Chefs to have the chance to showcase their culinary talents and provide spectators with healthy, economical and simple meal ideas; and
The audience to be entertained, amused and treated to some tasty samples!

Be sure to take in some of our live Savour the Flavours food demonstrations at our events this summer.
